The official name and designation of the center for children
situated at Sand Springs, Oklahoma, shall be Lloyd E. Rader
Children's Center.  The supervision, management, operation and
control of the Center and all property, records, equipment and
supplies related thereto shall be the responsibility of the Office
of Juvenile Affairs.
