Title 10A. Children And Juvenile Code: Financial agreements

The Office of Juvenile Affairs, in its role as planner and
coordinator for juvenile justice and delinquency prevention
services, is hereby authorized to enter into financial agreements
with federal, state and local agencies or entities of government, or
with any private agency, for juvenile delinquency prevention
programs and juvenile treatment programs.
