Title 10A. Children And Juvenile Code: Transportation of juveniles - Expenses

The director or assistants to the director shall have authority
to transport all juveniles found to come within the purview of this
article to place or places where the order of the court requires
such juveniles to be confined or placed, and the director and
assistants to the director shall be paid the actual expenses
incurred in carrying out the orders and judgment of the court in
addition to a mileage fee of ten cents ($0.10) per mile for miles
actually traveled in executing the duties of the director or
assistants by order of the judge.
