Title 10A. Children And Juvenile Code: Initial of child's surname required in court

In opinions of the appellate courts of this state in proceedings
including, but not limited to, deprived, adoption, paternity
proceedings and other proceedings under this title, the initial of
the child's surname shall be used rather than the name of the child.
