A. At any stage of the proceedings, the court may order, or the parties may voluntarily participate in an alternative dispute resolution process which may include: 1. Family group conferencing; 2. Mediation; or 3. A settlement conference. B. If a court orders an alternative dispute resolution process, a party who does not wish to participate may file a motion objecting to the order. Any resolution agreed to by the parties through an alternative dispute resolution process shall not be binding on the court.
