Title 10. Children: Court clerk or deputy may affix signature of judge to

order and notice of hearing.
Whenever the Oklahoma Adoption Code requires that an order
setting the date of hearing and giving notice thereof be signed by a
judge, the chief judge in the county may, by judicial order, provide
that such order or notice may be signed by the court clerk or the
deputy of the court clerk affixing the signature of the court clerk
or deputy beneath the place where the judge's name appears followed
with the word "by:" and then followed with the signing officer's
title.
