Title 10. Children: Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction over proceedings to terminate parental rights and
proceedings for the adoption of a minor commenced pursuant to the
Oklahoma Adoption Code shall be governed by the Uniform Child
Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act as provided in Sections
551-101 through 551-402 of Title 43 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
