gestational spouse. No gamete or embryo to which the gestational carrier or the gestational spouse has contributed any genetic material may be used in the assisted reproduction procedure set forth in a gestational agreement covered by the Oklahoma Gestational Agreement Act. Any agreement which calls for the use of a gamete or embryo to which the gestational carrier or gestational spouse has contributed genetic material falls outside the applicability of this act.
