Title 10. Children: Definitions

(a) The term "Commission" when used in this Act shall mean the
Oklahoma Public Welfare Commission.
(b) The term "child" when used in this Act shall mean any
person under twenty-one (21) years of age, whose parents, parent,
spouse or legal guardian is financially unable to provide essential
medical, dental, hospital, convalescent and nursing home care.
(c) The term "Director" when used in this Act shall mean the
Director of Public Welfare, who shall be the administrative officer
of the Commission.
(d) The term "Committee" when used in this Act shall mean the
Professional Advisory Committee or other committees authorized by
the Commission.
(e) The term "Chairman" when used in this Act shall mean the
Chairman of the Professional Advisory Committee.
