Oklahoma Code § 10-170.2

Title 10. Children: Emergency treatment

In case of an accident requiring emergency treatment, nothing in
this act shall be construed so as to prohibit any person having
custody or control of a minor child from taking such steps as are
necessary to insure such emergency treatment.
