Oklahoma Code § 10-1430.41

Title 10. Children: Rights, obligations and liability during receivership

Notwithstanding the general rules of receiverships and trustees,
nothing in the Group Homes for Persons with Developmental or
Physical Disabilities Act shall be deemed to relieve any
administrator or employee of a group home placed in receivership of
any civil or criminal liability incurred, or any duty imposed by
law, by reason of acts or omissions of the administrator or employee
prior to the appointment of a receiver; provided, that nothing
contained in this act shall be construed to suspend during the
receivership any obligation of the administrator or employee for
payment of taxes or other operating and maintenance expenses of the
group home or of the administrator, employee or any other person for
the payment of mortgages or liens.  The provider or licensee shall
retain the right to sell or mortgage any group home under
receivership, subject to approval of the court which ordered the
receivership.
