Oklahoma Code § 10-1430.13

Title 10. Children: Information subject to disclosure to public

The following information is subject to disclosure to the public
from the Department of Human Services:
1.  Information submitted under Section 1430.14 of this title,
except information concerning the remuneration of personnel
licensed, registered or certified by the Department, and monthly
charges for an individual private resident;
2.  Records of inspections, surveys and evaluations of group
homes; and
3.  Complaints filed against a group home and complaint
investigation reports, except that a complaint or complaint
investigation report shall not be disclosed to a person other than
the complainant or complainant's representative before it is
disclosed to a group home as provided in Section 1430.7 of this
title and, further, except that a complainant or resident's name
shall not be disclosed except as provided in Section 1430.7 of this
title.
