Title 10. Children: Clinics - Outpatient facilities - Day care centers

(a)  The Department of Human Services may establish and direct
such mental hygiene clinics and child guidance clinics in local
areas of the state where such clinics are deemed most advantageous
for the public welfare as a distinct part of the general health
program.
(b)  Outpatient facilities and day care centers to be operated
in conjunction with state schools for individuals with intellectual
disabilities shall be established, maintained and operated by the
Department to provide outpatient care for individuals with
intellectual disabilities.  The number and location of such
facilities and day care centers shall be determined by the Director
of Human Services.
