Oklahoma Code § 10-1412

Title 10. Children: Advisory committee

A.  The Director of Human Services shall appoint an advisory
committee to advise the Director on matters relating to service
delivery for persons with developmental disabilities.
B.  Such advisory committee shall include among its members
representatives of state agencies and persons representative of
professional, civic, or other public or nonprofit private agencies,
organizations, or groups concerned with services needed by persons
with developmental disabilities, and families of individuals
receiving services from the Developmental Disabilities Services
Division of the Department of Human Services.
