Oklahoma Code § 10-1406

Title 10. Children: Northern Oklahoma Resource Center of Enid, Southern

Oklahoma Resource Center of Pauls Valley, Hissom Memorial Center -
Transfer to Public Welfare Commission - Department of Mental Health
and Substance Abuse Services.
A.  The Northern Oklahoma Resource Center of Enid, located at
Enid, Oklahoma, the Southern Oklahoma Resource Center of Pauls
Valley, located at Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, and the Hissom Memorial
Center, located at Sand Springs, Oklahoma, are hereby transferred
from the Board of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and the
Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to the
Oklahoma Public Welfare Commission.  The Department of Mental Health
and Mental Retardation shall hereafter be known as the Department of
Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
B.  Whenever the term "Enid State School" appears in the
Constitution of Oklahoma or the Oklahoma Statutes, it shall mean the
Northern Oklahoma Resource Center of Enid.
C.  Whenever the term "Pauls Valley State School" appears in the
Constitution of Oklahoma or the Oklahoma Statutes, it shall mean the
Southern Oklahoma Resource Center of Pauls Valley.
