Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Suits may be brought and maintained against the new company formed by a consolidation of railroad companies, or against the surviving company in the case of a merger, in the courts of this state for all causes of action, in the same manner as against other companies.
