Effective: November 22, 1986 Latest Legislation: House Bill 902 - 116th General Assembly A consolidation or merger of railroad companies shall be effected by each railroad company adopting an agreement of merger or consolidation pursuant to section 1701.78, 1701.79, 1701.80, or 1701.801 of the Revised Code and making the filings required by section 1701.81 of the Revised Code.
