Effective: October 19, 1961 Latest Legislation: House Bill 931 - 104th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 4963.06 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than one hundred dollars. (B) Whoever, being the person in charge of the operation and management of a railroad which fails to comply with section 4963.07 of the Revised Code, which failure results in personal injury, shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than five hundred dollars. (C) Whoever violates section 4963.08 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than three hundred dollars. (D) Whoever violates section 4963.21, 4963.22, or 4963.24 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars.
