Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When the location is changed, as provided by section 4961.09 of the Revised Code, after the railroad has been used for transportation of persons and property, the railroad company is liable for all damages occasioned by the change to the owner of the land upon which the railroad was first constructed.
