Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Upon any railroad in this state, electricity may be used as a motive power in the propulsion of cars. Before a line of poles and wires may be constructed through or along the streets, alleys, or public grounds of a municipal corporation, plans of the construction must be submitted to and approved by its legislative authority.
