Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Sections 4957.27 to 4957.32, inclusive, of the Revised Code, do not prevent a railroad company from laying additional tracks at previously existing crossings, or from constructing switches, sidings, and branch lines from its railroad to a mill, factory, other manufacturing establishment or industrial plant, elevator, wharf, or pier, or gravel, marl, or clay bed, or any mine, or from laying additional track to increase its yard facilities at terminal or other points across public highways at the grade thereof. Such signposts and signals shall be employed for the protection of such crossings as are prescribed for railroad crossings of public highways.
