Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly All laws for the protection of railroads and their property, and all laws relating to or enforcing the duties and obligations of officers, agents, and employees of railroad companies to the public or to railroad companies, shall be applicable to the railroad tracks, property, officers, agents, and employees of a union terminal company.
