Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly After a grant to construct or extend a street railway, or the renewal of any such grant, has been made by general or special ordinance or by the order of the board of county commissioners, neither the municipal corporation nor the board shall release a grantee from any obligations or liabilities imposed by the grant or renewal during the term for which such grant or renewal was made.
