Effective: July 1, 1996 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 2 - 121st General Assembly Any electric supplier that renders electric service in violation of sections 4933.81 to 4933.90 of the Revised Code is subject to remedies and penalties provided by sections 4905.54, 4905.56, 4905.57, 4905.59, 4905.60, and 4905.61 and division (B) of section 4905.99 of the Revised Code.
