Effective: September 29, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly The director of development services shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to implement sections 4928.54, 4928.541, and 4928.542 of the Revised Code. The rules shall ensure a fair and unbiased auction process and the performance of the winning bidder or bidders.
