Effective: September 1, 1976 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 94 - 111th General Assembly The public utilities commission shall supply the consumers' counsel, without cost to the counsel, with all books, maps, charts, and such other items as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of Chapters 4909. and 4911. of the Revised Code.
