Effective: April 5, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 422 - 132nd General Assembly For purposes of section 4909.052 of the Revised Code, the public utilities commission shall maintain a list of utility-valuation experts from which a water-works or sewage disposal system company may choose. The commission shall be responsible for creating and maintaining reasonable criteria that must be met to be included in the list.
