Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When interlocking works or other fixtures are constructed and maintained in compliance with law by railroads and electric railways where railroads referred to in section 4907.54 of the Revised Code cross each other, engines, trains, or cars of an electric railway may be run over such crossing without stopping.
