Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Chapters 4901., 4903., 4905., 4907., 4909., 4921., 4923., and 4925. of the Revised Code do not prevent the carriage, storage, or handling of freight free or at reduced rates, for the United States, this state, any political subdivision thereof, for charitable purposes, to and from fairs and expositions for exhibition thereat, or the property of railroad employees for their own exclusive use or consumption or that of their families. Such chapters do not prevent the issuance of mileage, commutation, or excursion passenger tickets, if obtainable by any person applying therefor without discrimination, or of party tickets, if obtainable by all persons applying therefor under like circumstances and conditions.
