Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The public utilities commission may inquire into the management of the business of any railroad, and shall keep itself informed as to the manner and method in which it is conducted. It may obtain from a railroad the information necessary to enable it to perform the duties and carry out the objects for which it was created.
