Effective: June 11, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly Chapters 4901., 4903., 4905., 4907., and 4909. of the Revised Code do not apply to street and electric railways engaged solely in the transportation of passengers within the limits of cities, or to other private railroads not doing business as common carriers.
