Effective: July 10, 1991 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 143 - 119th General Assembly At the request of an electric light company, the public utilities commission shall provide information and assistance to the electric light company in obtaining any bonus, extension, or other Phase I sulfur dioxide emission allowance that the company may be eligible to receive from the administrator of the United States environmental protection agency under Title IV of the "Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990," 104 Stat. 2584, 42 U.S.C.A. 7651.
