Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When complaint is made of more than one rate, charge, or service, the public utilities commission may order separate hearings on such complaint and may consider and determine the matters complained of separately at such times and places as it prescribes. No complaint shall necessarily be dismissed because of the absence of direct damage to the complainant.
