Effective: October 26, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 134 - 100th General Assembly The public utilities commission may ascertain and fix adequate and serviceable standards for the measurement of quality, pressure, initial voltage, or other conditions pertaining to the supply or quality of the product furnished or adequacy of service rendered by any public utility and may prescribe reasonable regulations for examination, testing, and measurement of such product or service. It may establish reasonable rules, regulations, specifications, and standards to secure the accuracy of all meters and appliances for measurements.
