Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Upon application, the public utilities commission shall furnish certified copies under its seal of any order made by it, which certified copies shall be prima-facie evidence in a court or proceeding of the facts stated therein.
