Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly In an investigation, the public utilities commission or any party to the investigation may cause the depositions of witnesses residing within or without the state to be taken in the manner prescribed for depositions in civil actions in the court of common pleas.
