Effective: September 13, 2010 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 128th General Assembly The public utilities commission may procure all necessary books, maps, charts, stationery, instruments, office furniture, apparatus, and appliances, including telephone service, and may purchase from the interstate commerce commission blank forms for the use of railroads and other utilities in making their annual reports, necessary for the proper administration of the affairs of the public utilities commission, which expenses shall be audited and paid in the same manner as other expenses.
