Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly All expenses incurred by the public utilities commission pursuant to Chapters 4901., 4903., 4905., 4907., 4909., 4921., 4923., and 4925. of the Revised Code, including the actual and necessary traveling and other expenses and disbursements of the commission, its officers and employees, incurred while on the business of the commission, shall be paid from funds appropriated for the use of the commission after being approved by the commission. An itemized statement of such expenses, when signed and submitted by the person who incurred them, shall be audited and paid in the same manner as other expenses.
