Effective: December 29, 2023 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 131 - 134th General Assembly A political subdivision shall not prohibit an individual who holds a license or government certification issued by a state agency under this chapter from engaging in the respective profession, occupation, or occupational activity in the political subdivision's jurisdiction.
