Effective: December 29, 2023 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 131 - 134th General Assembly For purposes of any law requiring a licensing authority to issue a license or government certification under this chapter to an individual who holds a license or government certification issued by another state, "another state," "any other state," and "home state" include the uniformed services. This section does not apply to any provision of a law governing a profession, occupation, or occupational activity that does not require an individual who holds a license or government certification in another state to be issued a license or government certification under this chapter.
