Effective: April 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 107 - 134th General Assembly Whoever recklessly violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than one thousand five hundred dollars, sentenced to a jail term not exceeding thirty days, or both.
