Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly The park operator of a manufactured home park shall ensure that all manufactured home park buildings, lots, streets, walkways, manufactured homes, mobile homes, and other facilities located in the manufactured home park shall be maintained in a condition satisfactory to the division at all times.
