Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly (A) The division of real estate and professional licensing shall deposit all the fees collected in the administration and enforcement sections 4781.16 to 4781.25 of the Revised Code into the real estate operating fund created under section 4735.211 of the Revised Code. In addition to the purposes described in section 4735.211 of the Revised Code, money deposited into the fund shall be used as described in sections 4781.16 to 4781.25 of the Revised Code. (B) The division of industrial compliance shall deposit all fees collected in the administration and enforcement sections of 4781.04 to 4781.14 and sections 4781.26 to 4781.35 of the Revised Code into the industrial compliance operating fund created in section 121.084 of the Revised Code.
