Effective: January 21, 2018 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly No manufactured housing dealer licensed under this chapter shall do any of the following: (A) Directly or indirectly, solicit the sale of a manufactured home or mobile home through an interested person other than a salesperson licensed in the employ of a licensed dealer; (B) Pay any commission or compensation in any form to any person in connection with the sale of a manufactured home or mobile home unless the person is licensed as a salesperson in the employ of the dealer; (C) Fail to immediately notify the division of real estate upon termination of the employment of any person licensed as a salesperson to sell, display, offer for sale, or deal in manufactured homes or mobile homes for the dealer.
