Effective: October 27, 2000 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 238 - 123rd General Assembly Whoever violates section 4779.02, 4779.03, or 4779.04 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense; on each subsequent offense, the individual is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
