Effective: January 21, 2018 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly The Ohio occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic trainers board shall maintain records regarding the practice of orthotics, prosthetics, and pedorthics under this chapter, including records of the board's proceedings, a registry of all applicants for licensure that indicates whether the applicant was granted a license, and any other records necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
