Effective: September 28, 2018 Latest Legislation: House Bill 111 - 132nd General Assembly A license issued under section 4779.09 of the Revised Code or renewed under section 4779.20 of the Revised Code is valid from the date of issuance until the date it expires, unless earlier suspended or revoked. An initial license and each renewed license expires biennially in accordance with the schedule established in rules adopted under section 4779.08 of the Revised Code.
