Effective: September 6, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 292 - 129th General Assembly The state medical board shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to implement and administer this chapter. The rules shall include the following: (A) Any standards and procedures not addressed in this chapter that the board considers necessary for issuing and renewing licenses under this chapter; (B) Any standards and procedures the board considers necessary to govern the practice of genetic counselors, the collaborative agreements between genetic counselors and collaborating physicians, and the supervision of genetic counselors holding supervised practice licenses; (C) Any other standards and procedures the board considers necessary for the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
