Effective: November 12, 1992 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 98 - 119th General Assembly Whoever violates division (A),(B), or (C) of section 4765.50 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense. On each subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
