Effective: July 6, 2022 Latest Legislation: House Bill 138 - 134th General Assembly Notwithstanding any conflicting provision of the Revised Code, an emergency medical technician-basic, emergency medical technician-intermediate, or emergency medical technician-paramedic may administer a test for COVID-19 and may collect and label specimens from a test for COVID-19 if that individual has received proper training to engage in those activities.
